A Legacy of Impact, a Future with Purpose: Unveiling the New Grace Adventures Ministries Logo
Since our founding in 1946, Grace Adventures Ministries has been on a journey marked by faith, growth, and unwavering commitment to our mission: Impacting People with Jesus Christ. What began as a small organization running a few weeks of camp a summer has, through God’s faithfulness, become a thriving year-round ministry that reaches tens of thousands of students, adults, and families each year.
From those beginnings as Grace Youth Camp, our ministry has continually adapted to meet the spiritual and relational needs of new generations. Year-round ministry prompted growth into Grace Youth Camp and Retreat Center and then Grace Adventures—and now, as we step into a new chapter, we embrace our expanded identity as Grace Adventures Ministries. This new name reflects not just where we’ve been, but where God is leading us.
As we look ahead, one thing has never changed: our commitment to helping people know, live, and tell their story in Jesus Christ. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a new ministry logo—one that both honors our history and looks boldly toward the future.
A Logo Rooted in Christ
At the center of the new design is a star—the very same star used in the Grace Adventures campus logo. This is not just any star. It represents the Morning Star, a title that Scripture gives to Jesus Himself. Revelation 22:16 says:
“I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star.”
Jesus is the beginning and end of all that we do. By placing the Morning Star at the center of our logo, we’re boldly stating that Christ is—and always will be—the focus of our mission. No matter how the ministry grows or changes, our purpose remains fixed: to share the hope and life found in Jesus.
A Growing Vision for Ministry
Surrounding the star is a circle, which symbolizes the globe. This is a visual representation of our expanding reach. God has opened the doors for Grace Adventures Ministries to move far beyond our original campus footprint. While thousands come to our sites for retreats, camps, leadership development, and family strengthening programs, we are also actively going out into communities—locally, nationally, and even internationally.
Our impact doesn’t stop at the borders of our property. Through training, speaking engagements, resources, and mobile programs, we are able to meet people where they are. This circle reminds us of the bigger picture—our call to impact the world for Christ, one life at a time.
One Continuum
You’ll also notice that the circle is composed of distinct colors. Each color represents a campus, a visual celebration of both unity and differences within Grace Adventures Ministries. Each site has its own personality, programs, and strengths—from outdoor adventure and leadership development, to horse programs, family camping, and peaceful retreats.
Together, these campuses form a continuum of ministry opportunities that allows us to walk alongside people at every stage of life. Four campuses, one mission, all working to reach this generation of students and strengthen the family.
One Star, One Life
Finally, the logo’s single star within the circle carries one more important message: each person matters. In the midst of a growing and dynamic ministry, we never lose sight of the core of the ministry. Whether it’s a middle school student encountering Jesus for the first time at summer camp, or a family reconnecting during a weekend retreat, we believe that one life touched by God can change the world.
We’re excited about what God is doing through Grace Adventures Ministries, and even more excited about where He’s leading us next. This new logo is more than a graphic—it’s a declaration. A declaration that we are rooted in Christ, united in mission, and committed to impacting the world with Jesus Christ, one person at a time.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Let’s continue to know, live, and tell the story of Jesus together.
